I serve as the Co-Founder & Director at Viksit Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd., where our focus is on empowering businesses with financial strategy, governance, compliance, and process automation. At the same time, I continue my journey as Founding Partner at R Pradhan & Co., specializing in audits, taxation, BRSR compliance, and social impact audits.

My entrepreneurial side also shines through as the Founder of Happiness Keeda, a social initiative that promotes purposeful living, storytelling, and community empowerment. This venture reflects my belief that growth is not only about profits, but also about people and happiness.
